Will I qualify for every survey?
No, and that’s normal for any survey site. Surveys have demographic quotas and screening questions, so some won’t be a match and you can be screened out partway through. You only earn on the surveys you complete.

When do points credit to my account?
Most tasks credit instantly. A few survey providers verify completion before crediting, which can take up to 24 hours.
Do my points expire?
Not while your account is active. If you don’t sign in or complete a qualifying activity — starting or completing an offer or survey, or initiating a redemption — for twelve consecutive months, we may treat your account as inactive, and any unredeemed points and pending or confirmed rewards may expire and be forfeited. We email the address on file at least 30 days before any expiration takes effect, and signing in or completing any qualifying activity during that notice period returns your account to active status and preserves your balance.
