How to redeem your points
Once your available balance is worth $5.00, open the Redeem tab, choose a payout, and submit. Points are deducted immediately, our team reviews the request, and your reward is delivered by email once it's approved.

Pick a payout method — Gift cards, Prepaid Visa, Cash (options like PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App), Bank deposit, or Charity. The options shown come from our payout catalog and can vary.

Choose the specific brand or option you want.

Enter the amount — at least $5.00, using a quick pick or typing any amount up to your Redeemable Value. Some brands have a fixed range of their own, shown when you select them.

Tick the acknowledgement that payouts are final, then select Request Payout.

Your points are deducted and the request appears in the Redemptions list below with status Pending.

Our team reviews it. Once approved, delivery starts immediately and the status changes to Paid.

Your reward arrives at your account email as a secure claim link — open it to claim your gift card, cash, or donation. Check spam if you don't see it.
Good to Know
- Every payout arrives the same way — as a secure claim link at your account email, on web and in the iOS and Android apps alike. That's true for cash options like PayPal, Venmo and Cash App too: you claim the payout from the link and choose where it lands, so there's no payout address to enter and nothing to mistype.
- Check the email on your account before you redeem, since that's where the claim link goes. It's under Settings.
- You need at least $5.00 in available points (500 points at the current rate). Individual gift-card brands can have higher minimums of their own, and the Redeem page always shows the live figure.
- Points are deducted the moment you submit, so the same points can never be spent twice. If a request is rejected, fails, or you cancel it, they come straight back.
- Payouts are final once approved — that's why you confirm an acknowledgement checkbox before submitting.
- Changed your mind? While a request is still pending you can cancel it from the Redemptions list — your points return instantly. Once it's approved, it can't be reversed.
- No fees — you receive the full amount you redeem, on every method.
- Limits — to keep the program safe there are caps on how many requests you can make and how much you can cash out per day and per rolling 30 days. If you hit one, you'll see a message telling you when you can try again.
