Your points: balance, history & statuses
Available Points are what you can spend now; Lifetime Points are everything you've ever earned and never go down. My Offers holds your full history, and each payout request moves through a small set of statuses — anything that doesn't complete returns your points automatically.
Your Balance
The Redeem page shows three numbers:
- Available Points — points you can redeem right now.
- Lifetime Points — the total you've ever earned. This never decreases — not when you cash out, and not even if a partner later reverses an offer.
- Redeemable Value — the dollar amount you can actually cash out right now, taking the $5.00 minimum and current limits into account.
Your available balance also follows you at the top of every offers page.
Your History — My Offers
The My Offers tab has three sections:
- In Progress — offers you've started and can resume.
- Pending offers — completions waiting on partner confirmation. The label ages with the wait: Pending for the first couple of days, Still confirming after that, and Taking longer than usual past two weeks.
- Completed offers — every credited offer, redemption, and correction, with the points added or removed by each.
Your payout requests themselves — with statuses, any rejection reason, claim links, and a Cancel option — are listed on the Redeem page under Redemptions.
Payout Statuses
- Pending — we've received your request and it's in the review queue. You can still cancel it at this stage.
- Approved — approved and being processed. Most requests move straight from Pending to Paid, so don't worry if you never see this one.
- Paid — your reward has been sent. Check your account email for the claim link.
- Rejected — the request couldn't be completed; the reason is shown and your points are returned automatically.
- Failed — the payout bounced after approval; your points are returned automatically.
- Canceled — you canceled the request yourself; your points are returned.
When Points Go Down Without a Cash-Out
Rarely, a partner reverses a previously credited offer — for example, a completion they later flag as incomplete. The reversal removes those points from your available balance, and it can even push the balance below zero briefly; new earnings pay down the difference before anything is redeemable again. Your lifetime total is never affected.
