Offers FAQ

Quick answers about earning with offers — what it costs, how much you can earn, taxes, why your feed differs from someone else's, and staying safe.

Do offers cost anything?

Browsing and completing offers is free. Some offers ask for a purchase or a paid trial to qualify — that's always spelled out in the requirements before you start.

How much can I earn?

It depends on the offers you complete — rewards range from a few points to several dollars' worth, and multi-step game offers pay at each milestone. Bigger rewards usually take more steps.

Can I do the same offer twice?

Most offers pay once per person. Multi-step offers pay per milestone, and surveys can be taken as often as you like.

Why is my offer list different from someone else's?

Your feed is matched to you. The device you're on, the state you're in, and each advertiser's own requirements all decide what's available, and partners add and remove campaigns constantly. Filter chips only appear for categories that currently have something for you, so even the chip row can differ.

Can I use abda on more than one device?

Yes — points are tied to your abda account and follow you everywhere, so you can earn on your phone and cash out on the web. The offer list itself can differ per device. See Can I use abda on multiple devices?.

Are my earnings taxed?

Reward payouts generally count as taxable income. abda tracks your yearly total and warns you in the app as you approach the IRS reporting threshold. See Payout methods & thresholds for details, and check with a tax professional.

Is it safe?

Offers and surveys come from third-party partners. Only provide what an offer asks for, and never share your abda password with a partner. See What data do you store? for how we handle your information.

An offer didn't credit — what do I do?

Give it a few days first — many offers credit only after the partner verifies your completion. Then see My offer didn't credit — what now? for the steps and what to send us.
